Shipping
The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days. Shipping costs within Germany are only 4,95€. There is no shipping charge for orders with a minimum order value of 150€.
Return
You can cancel orders within 14 days of receipt and return them to us free of charge. Returns have to be sent back within 14 days after receiving the goods and in perfect original condition, unworn. Tags cannot be broken or removed. In order to use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear declaration. Please use the return function within your customer account.
