Shipping and Payment

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is possible to the following countries as standard:

Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain and the Czech Republic.

If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (sales@flugschule-hamburg.de) before placing an order. Please state the article, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you whether we can ship to the desired country address. We will then also include information about the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

1.1 Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Germany are only €4.95. Shipping costs are waived for orders over 150€. For deliveries to a country other than Germany, shipping costs of 8.90€ apply. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €300.

1.2 Delivery time

The delivery time is 3-5 working days. Delivery times for deliveries outside Germany vary depending on the respective order country. On average, the delivery time outside Germany is between 7-14 working days.

1.3 Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The time limit for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after the contract is concluded in the case of other payment methods and ends on the expiry of the last day of the time limit.

If the last day of the time limit falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

We offer the following payment options for deliveries, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

4. giropay via Stripe
5. instant bank transfer
6. Google Pay and Apple Pay via Stripe

2.2 Detailed information about each payment option

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of the transfer and the article numbers. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process.

2.PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

• Select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
• To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
• If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
• If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
• You will then be redirected back to us (support@flightmode.shop).

3. Credit card via Stripe

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

4. Giropay via Stripe

giropay is the function of your current account that allows you to shop online safely and conveniently.

5. Instant transfer via Stripe

Instant transfer is done directly through your bank and your account.
